We offer three service styles to fit the vision for your celebration: buffet style, family style, and premium plated service. Our menus highlight the best ingredients available throughout the year—from fish sourced along Washington’s coastline, to locally grown and foraged heirloom vegetables, and sustainably raised meats.

Buffet Style
Buffet service offers flexibility and is a great fit for couples looking for a welcoming and approachable dining style. It can easily align with the tone of your day, whether you’re planning something relaxed or more formal.
Entrées and sides are presented on ceramic platters and refreshed by our team throughout service, so guests can enjoy their meal at its best.
Family Style
Family-Style dining is a popular choice for couples who want a welcoming, communal atmosphere. Our team serves generous platters of your selected dishes to each table, allowing guests to serve themselves and share with one another.
Passing and sharing dishes encourages conversation and connection while giving everyone the chance to enjoy a variety of menu options.
Premium Plated Style
Premium Plated service provides a refined and polished dining experience. Each guest is served a thoughtfully composed dish in two courses, allowing us to ensure perfect portioning, temperature, and timing.
This service style is ideal for couples seeking a more formal, elegant meal where every detail is carefully managed.
Cocktail Reception
A cocktail-style reception offers a lively, social atmosphere where guests can mix, mingle, and enjoy a selection of passed and stationed appetizers. Our team crafts seasonal canapés, themed grazing boards, and interactive food stations designed for continuous enjoyment.

One other thing I’d like to highlight is that several of our wedding guests had dietary restrictions and the Tall Chef was quick to accommodate. On the day, they knew exactly which guests could not have which specific food items and they even set aside special plates and apps for them to ensure their comfort. All of our guests commented on how much they loved the food as well, so this was a very easy 5 star review for us. The only downside is that we can’t enjoy their food more often!”
