Braised and flaked local lamb shoulder, with Villa Jerada harissa, green beans and a lightly spiced sweet potato topping - it’s our twist on a shepherd’s pie, but with some gentle heat and aromatic mash. 9” round - good for 3-4 people, or 4-6 people with the addition of some of our family-meal sides.
